The Annual Elections for Cross Creek West III Homeowner Association will be held at the Maribelle M. Davis Library Program Room, 7501-B Independence Parkway Plano, TX 75025 on Saturday October 4, 2008 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.  If you would like to have a say in your association make sure you stop by and meet the candidates and vote. Board President Candidates:

Gene Flynn: Gene, currently serving as president, wants to continue to serve his community in a capacity to make a difference.  Gene is a founding member of Cross Creek West III HOA and has served as president since its creation in 1999. He was instrumental in getting the initial City of Plano Keep Plano Beautiful grants which were used to fund initial capital investment in lighting, timers and irrigation upgrades. Gene has been the primary driver of the Association for the past eight years. His volunteer efforts have kept our corner landscaping updated and looking beautiful since our beginning.

Board Vice President Candidates:

Gary Sanders: Gary, currently serving as secretary and vice-president, wants to continue his role as vice president. 

Board Treasurer Candidates:

Jay Kodah: Jay has been our association's treasurer for the past three years.  and he's ready to do it again.

Board Secretary Candidates:

Gary Sanders: Gary, currently serving as secretary and vice-president, wants to continue his role as board secretary.  He has used his technical and marketing skills to create our new web site and add some color to our annual mailings. Gary believes that web-based communications and email will reduce our annual mailing costs and improve neighborhood communications.
